About NDH Holding
A holding company built around ownership, not around deals.
NDH Holding GmbH is registered in Nienburg, Lower Saxony, and works in three connected fields: the acquisition and sale of company shares, the acquisition and management of real estate, and the advisory work that sits around both. We are not a fund with a fixed exit date — we buy what we intend to hold, improve and manage properly.
That means every conversation starts with the same questions: what does this business or property need to perform well over the next decade, and who is best placed to run it? Sometimes that is our own team. Sometimes it is the existing management, supported by us. Either way, we stay close to the asset rather than managing it from a spreadsheet.
